New FinancialForce CEO explains how back office digital transformation can enable agility and growth
FinancialForce’s PSA and HCM applications have not only put them on the map as the leading ERP vendor on the Salesforce platform, but also cemented their place in the back office processes of brands like Cisco, HPE and Cincinnati Bell. Nielsen has an impressive CV. Before taking over at FinancialForce, previous roles included Chief Operating Officer at VMware, CEO at Heroku and EVP of Platform at Salesforce. Making his debut at the company’s annual user conference in Las Vegas recently, Nielsen ushered in a raft of announcements including a strategic partnership with HR & payroll software leaders ADP, and greater integration with Salesforce Einstein, with a view to embracing more AI and machine learning technology in future updates of their platforms.
